We as the Binbrook Agricultural Society (BAS), are operating at all times, following the requirements and guidelines of the City of Hamilton, City of Hamilton Public Health, the Laws of Ontario and Canada, and any common sense measures we deem appropriate in addition to those requirements, regulations, and suggestions. All Provincial health regulations and safety measures, fire codes, and laws, must be followed as mandated by law, when using the premises.

These include new size & capacity limits, on our property.

As a visitor/guest/volunteer/vendor, you agree that you are acting within the advised actions at all times, and do not hold the Binbrook Agricultural Society responsible in any way, for any resulting harm, actions, or long term effects.

If you are uncomfortable with any of our imposed conditions of entry or participation, please do not buy tickets, and do not attend.

DOGS:
NO dogs other than Trained Service Dogs are allowed on the fairgrounds during the fair. Period. No excuses will be accepted, and you will be escorted out, with your pet, without refund.

SMOKING/VAPING:
There is NO Smoking / Vaping allowed on the fairgrounds except in specifically designated areas.
We have a zero tolerance policy towards Cannabis use on the property, and ask that you respect that, in light of the family environment and the law.

Those in violation of these requirements, will be politely reminded – and if unwilling to comply, will be asked to leave the grounds without refund.
Any who object beyond our requests, will be referred to local Police.

Thank you for working with us, for the good of our community.
